NotaryLedger may collect account information such as name, email address, password credentials, subscription status, and support communications.

Users may enter business records including signing orders, appointments, customers, signers, payer details, invoice records, payment status, expenses, mileage, credential details, notes, and report data.

2. Payment Information

Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. NotaryLedger does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may provide NotaryLedger with subscription status, customer identifiers, payment status, invoice information, and limited billing details needed to operate subscriptions.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the application, authenticate users, provide signing-business recordkeeping tools, process subscription access, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

4. Service Providers

NotaryLedger may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, payment processing, and support operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

5. User-Entered Sensitive Information

Notary and signing work can involve sensitive personal or business information. Users should enter only the information needed for their own business records and should avoid uploading or storing unnecessary sensitive documents or data.

NotaryLedger may use cookies or similar storage for authentication, session security, preferences, and essential application operation.

7. Data Retention

NotaryLedger retains account and business records while an account is active and as needed for service operation, legal compliance, billing, security, dispute resolution, and backup processes.

Users may request account deletion or data export through available in-app privacy controls or by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business purposes.

NotaryLedger uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

NotaryLedger is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
